For subcontractors — Connect Mobile
The Connect Mobile app is the field-friendly companion to the Connect web app. Use it on site to look up your work orders, attach photos to claims, and submit progress claims without needing a laptop.
Early-access feature set
The Connect Mobile app has shipped initial vendor work-order viewing. Full claim submission with photo attachments and push notifications is rolling out progressively — see each page for the current state.
What you'll do here
- Sign in — install the app, sign in with your FullClarity Connect account, set up biometric unlock
- View your work orders — see your active subcontracts and their detail (shipped)
- Submit a claim with photos — submit a progress claim from your phone with photo evidence (coming soon)
Where to get the app
The Connect Mobile app is available on:
- iOS — through the App Store as FullClarity
- Android — through the Play Store as FullClarity
Your administrator can also enrol you in the internal staging or sandbox build through TestFlight (iOS) or an EAS install link (Android) if you need to test against a non-production environment.
How mobile fits with web
The same Connect login works on web and mobile. Whatever you see on one surface is reflected on the other within seconds. Use whichever fits the moment — claim submission with site photos is easier on mobile; reviewing past claims is easier on web.
Requires
- A FullClarity Connect account at your organisation
- An iPhone or Android device that supports the current FullClarity Mobile app version
- An active internet connection for the initial sign-in (the app caches data for offline reads thereafter)
