Sign in to Connect Mobile

Install the Connect Mobile app, sign in with your FullClarity Connect account, and enable biometric unlock for fast re-entry.

When to use this

The first time you set up the app on a new device, or when you change your password and need to re-authenticate.

Prerequisites

  • Connect Mobile installed from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android)
  • A FullClarity Connect account at your organisation — your administrator sets this up
  • Your login credentials

A step-by-step Scribe walkthrough for this task is being recorded. Track its status in the Scribe register (internal).

  1. Open the app. On first launch you'll see the FullClarity logo and a Sign In button.
  2. Tap Sign In. Your phone's browser opens the FullClarity Identity Server sign-in page.
  3. Enter your email and password.
  4. The browser hands you back to the app automatically — you're signed in.
  5. The app will offer to enable Face ID / fingerprint unlock. Turn this on for fastest access; you can change this later under Settings.

What success looks like

  • You see the home screen with your active subcontracts grouped by head contractor.
  • The app remembers you next time you open it — you only need to unlock with biometrics or your device passcode.
  • Your account email is visible under Settings.

Gotchas

  • Sign-in opens in your phone's browser, not in-app. This is intentional and secure — your password is never touched by the app.
  • Biometric unlock re-locks the app after about 5 minutes in the background. You'll see the unlock prompt when you return — tap to authenticate.
  • You can switch off biometric unlock under Settings → Require unlock to open. Turn it off if you find the prompt friction outweighs the security benefit.
  • If you lose access to biometrics (e.g. you changed phones), tap Sign In again — the app will guide you through re-authentication.
