The Construction Council

The FullClarity Construction Council is a free, whole-of-business AI advisory board for construction and project businesses. Describe a decision you're weighing — bidding a job, hiring, pricing, marketing spend, a tricky client call, a compliance question — and ten specialist advisors independently pressure-test it, anonymously peer-review each other's answers, and a chairman synthesises the lot into a direct verdict.

⚠️ Important — please read. The FullClarity Construction Council is an AI tool. AI can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Its output is decision support, not professional advice — it is not legal, financial, engineering, tax, or regulatory advice. It does not know your full circumstances, contracts, or local regulations beyond what you type in.

It is your responsibility to check any advice before you act on it, and to consult a qualified professional (building surveyor, accountant, lawyer, engineer) where appropriate. FullClarity provides this tool free of charge and accepts no liability for any decision made using it.

Privacy: whatever you type is sent to the AI provider you choose (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and so on) under their terms. Don't paste anything you wouldn't share with that provider, and avoid confidential or personal information unless you're sure it's appropriate.

Who it's for

Any construction or project business owner or manager weighing a genuine decision with real trade-offs — not a factual lookup or a writing task. It's built to be used by anyone, with or without a FullClarity subscription, in whatever AI chat tool they already have (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot), or as a Claude Code skill if you prefer.

The council

AdvisorFocus
The Site BossCan it actually be delivered with the crew, gear, and time available — delivery risk and programme reality
The EstimatorWhether the numbers stack up — pricing, margin leakage, under-measurement, scope creep
The Money WatcherCash-flow timing, retention, payment terms, and liquidity risk
The Client's EyeHow it looks from outside — customer satisfaction, reputation, repeat work
The StrategistThe bigger picture — market position, capability building, long-term upside
The CloserWinning the work — the pitch, the deal, the negotiation, the pipeline
The MarketerPublic perception — brand, story, content and reputational risk
The RegulatorLegality, compliance, approvals, contracts, and where liability sits
The AccountantTax, structure and the books — GST/BAS, deductibility, year-end and ATO exposure, profit vs cash
The LawyerContracts and legal risk — what the contract says, liability, disputes, security-of-payment, employment law

How it works

  1. Convene. Depending on your question, four to six of the ten advisors are convened — always including The Client's Eye and at least one downside seat (The Money Watcher, The Regulator, The Site Boss, or The Lawyer).
  2. Independent advice, then peer review. Each convened advisor answers in their own voice with no visibility into the others' answers. Their responses are then anonymised and peer-reviewed by the other advisors, surfacing blind spots and things everyone missed.
  3. Chairman's verdict. A chairman synthesises everything into a clear verdict — where the council agrees, where it clashes, what got missed, and what to do first.

Two ways to use it

1. In any AI chat — easiest, no installation. Paste one prompt into whatever AI tool you already use (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Copilot), then describe your decision. See Get started for the prompt, ready to copy.

2. As a Claude Code skill — one-step install, no command line. If you use Claude Code, you can install the council so it's always available, without typing any commands. Just paste this message to Claude Code:

Install the FullClarity Construction Council as a skill. Download this file — https://bitbucket.org/fullclarity/fc-construction-council/raw/main/skill/fullclarity-construction-council/SKILL.md — and save it to ~/.claude/skills/fullclarity-construction-council/SKILL.md, then confirm it's installed.

Claude Code downloads and installs it for you, then offers the council automatically whenever you're weighing up a decision. Full walkthrough on the Get started page.
