Submit a claim with photos

Coming soon

Submitting progress claims with photo attachments from the Connect Mobile app is on the roadmap but not yet shipped. The mobile app currently supports viewing your work orders in read-only mode; claim submission is available on the Connect web app — see Submit a progress claim.

This page will be replaced with the full how-to once the feature ships.

In the meantime

If you need to submit a progress claim while on site, you can use the Connect web app from your phone's browser. Sign in at https://connect.fullclarity.com (or your organisation's Connect URL) and follow Submit a progress claim. The web app is mobile-responsive and supports photo uploads from your phone's camera roll.

What this how-to will cover when it lands

  • Starting a new claim from a work order in the mobile app
  • Adding line amounts (% complete or $)
  • Attaching photos from your camera or photo library, per line
  • Capturing a site signature
  • Submitting offline (claim queues locally and syncs when the phone is next online)
  • Tracking the head contractor's response with push notifications
